You can book a face-to-face appointment with me at 5 Sheffield Street, Paraparaumu (private or ACC) by looking in my agenda and selecting a time that suits you.

I am a runners myself. I understand the different challenges runners are facing and have set goals for specific sports events myself. This is why I also know how important it is to have the right support to achieve your goals.

How much does an appointment cost?

It depends on whether you have an ACC injury or not. You can see my prices and the duration for each appointment  here.

Of course you can. While The Running Collective specialises in helping runners, I am able to help you with many different injuries.
