  • In our initial appointment, we discuss your current running mileage, your goal, and the training leading up to that goal.

​

  • Using the app/website Final Surge, I make your training plan. I can see every training session you upload

​

  • If you have any niggles or comments, you can communicate them using the platform and I modify your training where necessary.​​​​

​

  • Cost: $20/week
